House rules
1. Check-in e Check-out
Check-in is allowed from 3:00 pm.
Check-out must be made within the hours 10:00 am.
Early entries or delayed exits are not allowed, unless previously agreed.
2. Occupation of the property
The maximum occupancy of the property is limited to the number of guests indicated in the lease.
The presence of additional undeclared persons at the time of booking is prohibited.
Any substitution of person during the period of stay is prohibited, unless prior authorisation.
The presence of a higher number of guests than declared will result in the immediate termination of the contract and the loss of the deposit.
3. Prohibitions
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house.
Parties, events or meetings are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
After 11:00 pm it is mandatory to remain silent and avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbourhood.
4. Delivery and use of linen
At check-in, a set of sheets and towels will be provided for each guest, as well as a set of keys.
Sheets and towels should not be used to remove makeup or for other improper uses.
Any damage or permanent stains will result in the replacement cost.
5. Cleaning and maintenance
The cleaning of the kitchen is the responsibility of the guests.
Before departure, dishes, utensils, hob and any accessories used for cooking or eating must be left clean.
Otherwise, a penalty withheld from the security deposit will be applied.
For long-term stays it is mandatory to carry out an extra cleaning at least once a week.
6. Use of the property
Before leaving the house, make sure to:
Close all windows;
Turn off the lights;
Turn off unnecessary electrical appliances.
The use of air conditioning is only allowed in the period between May and September, in compliance with local regulations.
The use of heating is allowed in the period between December and March, according to the limits provided for by current legislation.
7. Systems and drains
It is forbidden to flush any material other than toilet paper.
Any damage or obstruction caused by improper use will be charged to guests.
8. Waste management
Waste must be placed in the appropriate external bins.
It is mandatory to carry out separate collection according to local regulations.
9. Property care
Guests are required to treat the house, furnishings and equipment with the utmost care.
It is requested to leave the house, as far as possible, in the same condition in which it was found on arrival.
Please read carefully and respect the following rules during your stay.
Failure to comply with this regulation may result in penalties and immediate interruption of the stay.
